Professional Apprenticeship Career Experience Program

For my first project, I developed a hands-on training program for Microsoft OneDrive and Teams, breaking down every UI element and functionality of the softwware. Research labs in the department attended sessions to streamline their workflow, data management, and internal communication.

During my senior year, we planned and executed a large-scale data migration project, bringing all department research data from our private servers to Microsoft OneDrive. Initially I was tasked with handling all project communications, migration scheduling to avoid disruption, and updating user permissions within SharePoint. Upon my partner in this project leaving the university, I expanded my role and performed the migrations alongside I.T. leadership.
